The Law Office of Mike Beede, PLLC is a boutique law firm that has, since its inception in 2014, focused primarily on real estate issues. Mr. Beede has litigated approximately 400 real estate disputes in Nevada and has obtained favorable results at every level of Nevada’s judicial system, including arguing successfully before the Supreme Court en banc and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Beede spent five years working directly with multi-billion-dollar banking organizations in creating and growing their wealth management business groups. Mr. Beede has also worked extensively with professional real estate investors in acquiring, rehabilitating, and reselling foreclosed homes.
Mr. Beede graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and received his Juris Doctor from the same institution. Mike Beede has spent his entire life working with professionals in Las Vegas, helping them to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. As a young man, Mike’s first job was working to rehab distressed properties for a local real estate investor, and has remained involved in the local real estate market since.
When not working, Mr. Beede travels, scuba dives, and enjoys spending time with his family.
